How much is shipping and handling?

We offer fast and low cost shipping methods. To determine the cost of shipping for your order simply add all of the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and then click the "view cart" button located in the top right corner of the page. Below you will see a section that asks, “What would you like to do next?” Click on the selection, “Estimate Shipping & Taxes”. Here you will be quoted shipping rates for multiple services based on the weight of your package and shipping location. (Your full address) If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to call our customer care for assistance.

Are the items in stock?

Our website does not currently display Supplement Central inventory. Please feel free to call our toll free number - 1.800.808.2996 or email us sales@supplementcentral.com if you would like to check the availability of a product.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Money Orders. Money Orders are accepted as payment for mail orders. Supplement Central's website uses a secure server with SSL (secure sockets layer) for payment processing. All Supplement Central payment and customer information is encrypted to ensure our customer's privacy. We do not store or share our customer’s payment information.

What are your ordering policies?

Customers must submit the correct billing address for their credit card when ordering items on the website. First time customers (except military customers) must have items shipped to the billing address of the credit card. Orders will not be fulfilled if the billing address does not match the one on file at the credit card's bank. Orders will be voided if we do not receive the correct billing information of the credit card within two days of the order. Order completion means you have read, understood and comply with all of Supplement Central's policies. As always, we have the right to refuse any order.

What are your shipping policies?

All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or USPS. Orders are not shipped until all items on the order are in stock. Items are not guaranteed to be in stock. The cut off time for orders to ship the same business day is 2 P.M. EST. The website does not display inventory, please remember to call if you would like to check if an item is in stock. Items shipping to a post office box or military address must be sent via USPS. If you choose the wrong shipping method you must pay the additional fees before your order is sent out. Please remember that UPS may require a signature on deliveries. Someone might need to be available to sign for the package.Please read our Returns Policy before contacting us. What about Military orders?

We ship to FPO and APO addresses every day. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and most orders take 1-4 weeks to arrive to their destination. Our troops overseas receive the same price, selection and service that our domestic customers do.

What about International orders?

International customers are welcome and can pay using a credit card. All orders will ship via USPS, UPS and DHL. We accept international orders from most countries throughout the world and from our neighbors in Canada and Mexico. Please use the cart and shipping calculator for shipping rates.

What about Export orders?

We handle large export orders from one pallet and up. The buyer is responsible for selecting a freight forwarder and all impending duty fees or customs fees. All payments must be made in full via bank wire transfer before an order can leave our warehouse.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Supplement Central will issue a refund for returned items. Please read our Returns Policy before contacting us or returning any items. No exceptions will be made.

What happens if a product I want is on backorder?

At Supplement Central we do our best to ensure that backorders are a rare occurrence.
When a product is labeled "On Backorder" in our store, it is still available for order. We'll hold the order and ship the product as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.
When a full order is backordered, nothing will be shipped until the items are back in stock. Most items are replenished within only a few days and we will notify you by email within 24 hours of your purchase anytime items are temporarily unavailable. As soon as they ship, we’ll send you a second email so you know when your order is on the way. If you don't want to wait, you can cancel or swap the items out anytime by contacting our customer service team.
When only part of your order is on backorder, most of the time the remaining items are shipped right away. The backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. We know how frustrating it is to wait for one last thing, so if you don’t want to wait for the remaining product, you can always change it for something similar or remove it from the order completely. If an order does have to be shipped in multiple packages, we never charge for the split shipment. We believe in getting you what you paid for as quickly as possible, regardless of how many boxes we have to send.

NOTE: Due to customs regulations, we cannot partially ship International orders. We apologize, but will always ship your order in full the moment all items are available.

What are your pricing policies?

We are not responsible for typographical errors and all prices are subject to change. Supplement Central does not offer price matching. Monthly specials are limited to quantity on hand. Bulk discounts are available for qualifying orders. Gyms and other wholesale accounts are welcome. Please call for wholesale pricing.

Do you have a retail store that is open to the public?

Yes! Our retail store location in Pittsburgh is located at 406 Parkway View Drive in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15205. We are open to the public with store hours: Monday through Friday: 9am to 6pm EST and now SATURDAY from 10am to 3pm.

We also have a NEW retail location in New York located in the Hamilton Square Shopping Plaza at 2080 Western Avenue, Guilderland, New York 12084. This location is open to the public with store hours: Monday through Friday: 8am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm EST.

NOTE: The Supplement Central Customer Service department is not open and our phone system will be off during Saturday hours.
