Chromium Picolinate enhances your body's natural sensitivity to insulin. This highly absorbable form of chromium facilitates the action of insulin, glucose, protein and fat metabolism to help maintain proper blood sugar levels.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily with food. Do not exceed 2 capsules daily.
