Directions: Mix 1-2 level scoops in a blender with 6-12 ounces of your favorite beverage. Intense training for healthy athletes requires a daily intake of about 1g or protein per kg (2.2 pounds) of body weight (see chart). Daily Protein Intake (Per Body Weight): 100-130 lbs, 48-72g protein, 2-3 scoops; 131-160 lbs, 72-96g protein, 3-4 scoops; 161-190 lbs, 96-120g protein, 5-6 scoops; 220+ lbs, 144g protein, 6+ scoops.
