Each 23 Aminos capsule contains 23 pharmaceutical-grade free form amino acids, including the key aminos, L-ornithine and L-arginine, L-glutamine and all three branched-chain aminos. 23 Aminos promotes positive nitrogen balance and increases protein synthesis. Directions: Take 3-6 capsules daily on an empty stomach. For pre-event training take 6-12 capsules daily.
