Kre-alkalyn is a PH-correct buffered creatine which is designed for maximum absorption into the blood stream. Recent scientific research demonstrates that Beta Alanine and creatine supplementation produced a synergestic effect whereby total power output was dramatically increased, and fat-free mass gain, strength increases and body fay reductions were greater than with creatine alone.
