TwinLab Mega L-Carnitine Tablets contains only L-Carnipure L-Carnitine, and does not contain any synthetic D-Carnitine or Dl-Carnitine. D-Carnitine and Dl-Carnitine are less effective than L-Carnitine. D-Carnitine and Dl-Carnitine are not recommended by Twinlab because of reported adverse physical side effects. L-Carnitine is an amino acid. No sugars, starch, flavors, colors or preservatives. No corn, yeast, wheat or milk derivatives.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1-4 tablets daily on an empty stomach or as directed by a health care professional. To achieve the clinically proven results of L-Carnitine, including metabolizing fat into energy & supporting cardiovascular function, taking 4 tablets daily is recommended. Keep tightly closed, in a cool, dry place.
