Each capsule provides the benefits of hemicelluloses (gum and pectin) and polysaccharides which are so important for maintaining the proper pace and bulk required for healthy digestive function. FiberSol also encourages normal and natural elimination without chemical stimulants. FiberSol is the highest potency and most concentrated fiber supplement available. Unlike FiberSol Powder, FiberSol Capsules are unflavored and free of the sweetener aspartame (a natural amino acid sugar substitute).
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take three to five capsules daily with a 16 fl oz glass of water, preferably before an evening meal.
