Creatine Monohydrate is an amino acid which is highly concentrated in skeletal muscle. Creatine Monohydrate is essential for the production of ATP (the cellular fuel which fuels rapid muscle contraction). Creatine Monohydrate has been shown to increase strength, endurance, and act as a "cell volumizer".
L-Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in skeletal muscle. L-Glutamine serves many critical functions: it is a powerful protein sparing agent, it is essential for normal brain and immune function, and it can improve the recuperation capability of damaged tissue.
L-Taurine like L-Glutamine is very abundant in skeletal tissue. During exercise or trauma these amino acids are increasingly exhausted from the muscle.
