Proper hydration is essential for any athlete striving to maintain performance during a training session or workout. Dehydration and over hydration are both valid concerns for athletes who exercise for an extended period of time. The PowerBar Endurance Drink contains C2 MAX for optimum carbohydrate delivery to muscles. It also provides 380 mg of sodium per 16 fl. oz. serving.
Directions: Powerbar's Endurance Drink is designed to extend endurance during physical activity of any length. It's great if you're taking part in high intensity exercise, exercising in the morning without breakfast or anytime you need hydration and energy (e.g. before physical activity). Drink 6 to 12 fl oz of prepared fluid every 15 to 20 minutes [or about 1 to 25 regular sized (20 fl oz) water bottles per hour]. Mix with water - 20 oz for 2.5 scoops, 24 oz for 3 scoops, 50 oz for 6 scoops, or 70 oz for 9 scoops. Store in a cool, dry place to avoid caking.
Other Ingredients: Maltodextrin, Fructose, Dextrose, Sodium Citrate, Beet Juice Color, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Magnesium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Tumeric (As Color).
