Directions: Ironman Perform is designed to Help Extend Endurance and Support Optimal Performance During Physical Activity lasting longer than 1 hour, or lasting less than 1 hour, if high intensity exercise or exercising before breakfast or on an empty stomach. Drink two to three 8-fl oz servings 2 to 3 hours before exercise, or drink 1 more serving 10 to 15 minutes before exercise. Try to match your fluid intake to your sweat rate to stay in your hydration zone during exercise. That means avoid losing any more than 2% of body weight. Aim for 13 to 26 fluid ounces per hour, in small frequent doses, as activity permits. Fluid intake should be individualized through monitoring and practice. Store in a cool, dry place to avoid caking.
