Planetary Herbals BUPLEURUM CALMATIVE COMPOUND™ is a classic Chinese herbal preparation (Xiao Yao Wan) which has been known under various names, such as "Relaxed Wanderer" and "Free and Relaxed Pills." It was developed in the Song Dynasty (960-1279), almost 875 years ago. Especially useful for premenstrual and menopausal ups and downs, it has remained one of Chinese herbalism's most valued formulas for supporting a calm state of emotional well-being.
Directions: 2 tablets twice daily between meals.
