Directions: Take 3 Vassive N.O. Formula-X tablets with a large glass of water to facilitate swallowing and delivery. Based upon your bodyweight, take 1-2 servings daily: under 150 lbs take 3 tablets before breakfast, 150-200 lbs take 3 tablets before breakfast & 3 tablets before lunch, and over 200 lbs take 3 tablets before breakfast, 3 before lunch, and 3 before dinner. For maximum results, take Vassive N.O. Formula-X on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before meals. Use in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program, drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day, and consume about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight daily. Take Vassive-N.O. before, Vassive-EA8 during, and Vassive-C5 after workouts.
