Directions: Take Methyl Ripped Hardcore on an empty stomach with 12 ounces of water. As Methyl RIPPED HARDCORE starts to work, you will feel you core temperature rise and your mental focus increase as your body moves into a heightened lipolytic state.

Days 1 and 2 Gradual Dosing: Start Methyl Ripped Hardcore gradually, working up to the maximum dose to assess your tolerance. On Day 1, Take the first dose of 1 capsule immedieately upon awakening. Take the second dose of 1 caplet 6-8 hours later. On Day 2, take the first dose of 2 caplets immediately upon awakening. Take the second dose of 2 caplets 6-8 hours later.
