Calcium Ascorbate is an optimal nutritional supplement that combines Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) with Calcium Carbonate. By combining these two dietary ingredients, we have created a buffered source of Vitamin C that will not contribute to gastric irritation in sensitive persons.*

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with meals. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Bioflavonoid Caps, Grape Seed Extract. Pycnogenol® and Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule), Cellulose and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
