For a male, the Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Testes-Axis is the way their body produces most of its supply of natural testosterone. Within this system there are two separate negative feed back loops (androgen and estrogen) that regulate how much the Hypothalamus and Pituitary signal the testes to produce testosterone. The Estrogen Feedback Loop is the first system used to produce estrogen in a male€™s body. This is done by an enzyme called aromatize, which converts free testosterone into estrogen. If testosterone levels are elevated, excess estrogen is usually present in the body. The Hypothalamus can sense this condition and may limit or shut down the production of testosterone.

The second system that control estrogen production is the Androgen Negative Feedback Loop. Excess testosterone is sensed by the Hypothalamus through androgen receptors. If testosterone levels rise beyond a natural set point, the Hypothalamus may limit or shut down testosterone production. So if either of these Negate Feedback Loops are active, more than likely testosterone production will be limited or shut down and estrogen will be free to roam throughout the body. Regenesen effectively controls both of these Negate Feedback Loops resulting in a natural increase in testosterone production while reducing estrogen levels.

The first step is to disable the Estrogen Negative Feedback Loop. 6,17-dioxo-etiocholene-3-ol a powerful non-androgenic anti-aromatase and 3,17-dioxo-etiochol-1,4,6-triene a unique substance with an extremely high affinity for aromatase are compounds that can significantly decreases estrogen levels in males, including in and around the Hypothalamus.
