Directions: Beginners should start with one serving (3 caplets) with an 8-oz. glass of water, twice daily. Intermediate and advanced bodybuilders should refer to the dosing chart. Take your first serving in the morning. On days of your workout, take the second serving 30 to 45 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed 10 caplets in a 24-hour period.
