Directions:
For Men:
Up to 200 pounds- 4 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.
Over 200 pounds- 5 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.

For Women:
Up to 125 pounds- 2 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.
Over 125 pounds- 3 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.

To maximize results, drink at least 64 ounces of water daily while using NO2.
