CreaGen is a proprietary blend formulated to regenerate ATP through multiple pathways of muscular bioenergetics. Directions: Serving Size: 0.15 g per kg of body weight or 16 g. (Body weight in lbs divide by 2.2 x 0.15 = dose per serving.)

Training Days: In order to maximize recovery from and adaptation to training take two (2) servings on training days.) 1 Serving 30-45 min prior to training session; then another serving immediately after training.)

Non-Training Days: Take one serving 15-30 minutes prior to 1st meal of the day, or take on serving 15-30 minutes prior to final meal of the day.
