Directions: For 57g protein, add 4 scoops (205g) to 16 ounces of cold water or milk and mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker. (For 43g protein, add 3 scoops (154g)). Increase or decrease the amount of liquid to achieve desired consistency. Drink immediately for best results.
