Directions: Spray 5 pumps in the mouth. Swish around the mouth for 60 seconds, and finally swallow completely. On workout days: take 6 sprays before training and 6 sprays prior to sleep. On off days: Take 6 sprays before noon and 6 sprays prior to sleep.
