Directions: Always take with 8-12 oz. liquid 15-20 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal. Consume 2 to 4 tabs daily. Take 1 or 2 tablets in the morning and 1 or 2 tablets again in the evening. The PM dose should be consumed 8-12 hours after AM dose, not before bed. For Women: Consume 1 tablet AM and 1 tablet PM, six days on, one day off. For Men: Consume 1 tablet AM and two tablets PM, six days on, one day off.

For Extreme Results: Women consume 3 tabs/day and Men consume 4 tabs/day by increasing AM dose by one tablet. If you feel the increase and or drive is too strong reduce dosage by one or two tabs/day. PM dose should be consumed 8-12 hours after AM dose, not before bed. If this product starts to loose its "kick" with continued use, take one to two weeks off and continue use.
