Directions: The first three days of using this product, EVERYONE REGARDLESS OF WEIGHT consumes 2 scoops (one serving) daily. On workout days, drink 2 scoops immediately after workout & at least 15 minutes before food or protein. On non-workout days, take one scoop at least 15-30 minutes before your first and second meals of the day. After this three day "Reverse-Load" phase, follow the dosing chart on the product label. Do not begin use without reading the product label completely.

Mix each scoop with 8 to 12 oz of water. Do not mix with protein/protein drinks (can mix with juice). Do not consume any liquids othe than water or juice for at least 15 minutes after drinking ETHER. Do not eat any food for at least 20 minutes after consuming ETHER. Drink pre-workout dose one hour before training. Drink post-workout dose immediately after workout at least minutes before food or protein. Drink morning and mid-day doses 10 to 20 minutes before meals.

Use non-workout day dosing when doing cardio only. If you train at national/world/professional athlete level, you may have to follow directions for the next weight group up.
