Nutritional supplements, used properly, can make a difference in better health, weight loss, sports and body-building. The Bible is full of references to herbs, fruits, plants and seeds.

Genesis 1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. As an ever-growing body of scientific research shows, the folk remedies of ancient peoples often prove to be astonishingly effective. Unfortunately, many of these natural alternatives and remedies are not well known by most people.

God said through His prophet Hosea, My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). In Luke 16:8, Jesus said, The children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of the light. This is true, but it should not be so. The children of the world should not be wiser than the children of the light! We believe that this includes knowledge about natural supplements, health and nutrition.
