Mega-H does not have the potential to aromatize to any type of estrogen. This translates into actual strength and muscle gains without the ‘puffiness’ of water retention. Mega-H can be used for either a bulking or cutting cycle.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 (one) capsule 2 (two) times daily. Do not exceed 2 (two) capsules in a 24 hour period and do not take for more than 6 weeks continuously without a 4 week break.
