WinEvol contains daytime and nighttime pharmaceutically engineered tri-action tabs for a 3-way cycle: Shred, Grow, Recover!
Daytime:

Daytime Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Yellow Tab (pro-anabolic + thermogenic + stimulant) 30 minutes before breakfast or morning workout and 1 Yellow Tab int he mid-afternoon. Do not exceed 2 Tabs per day. Do not take 2nd tab late in the day if you have difficulty falling asleep. It is best not to consume alcohol while using this dietary supplement. Nighttime Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 Blue Tabs (Nighttime recovery & GH releaser) 30 minutes prior to bedtime. Do not exceed 2 tabs.
