Suggested use:
Men 225 lbs. and under:

Take 3 teaspoons 1 hour before workout and take 1 tsp. either 4-5 hours before or after first dosage depending on workout time.

Women take:
1-2 teaspoons 1 hour before workout and take 1 tsp. either 4-5 hours before or after first dosage depending on workout time. Off days take 1 teaspoon in the morning.

A.M. Workouts take 2-3 tsp. 1 hour before workout and take 1 tsp. 5 hours later.
P.M. Workouts take 1 tsp. 6 hours before workout and take 2-3 tsp. 1 hour before workout.
