Directions: Designed to be placed directly on the body, a Meridian dot may be wrapped into an ankle, knee or elbow brace or with elasticized cloth bandage or simply held in place with standard adhesive bandage/tape. It is perfectly fine to get wet. The EFX dots will not lose their programming unless they are destroyed. It does not hurt to wear multiple holograms.
