Eclipse Glutamine 250g
Glutamine Powder contains the amino acid L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid found in skeletal muscle tissue. Glutamine should be consumed immediately after a workout with either a carbohydrate drink or water. For best results, do not consume Glutamine Powder with protein or a meal. Glutamine is a safe and natural nutrient which exists in whole food sources.
Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 4 heaping teaspoons divided throughout the day for the first 5 days in order to load the muscle. As a maintenance dose use 1 to 2 teaspoons per day. Then reload approximately every 2 months.
