Complete Casein delivers 25 grams per serving of anti-catabolic, slow digesting protein from Micellar Casein and Calcium & Sodium Caseinate. Complete Casein forms a gel in the stomach and intestine which prolongs the digestion. This is what makes it different from Whey protein (Whey digests rapidly). Because Casein protein digests slower (typically 4-6 hours to completion) it provides amino acids over a longer period than Whey protein. Directions: Complete Casein can be consumed immediately before bed, in place of small meals, and/or any other time when slow-digesting (delayed) protein absorption is desired. Mix one scoop (31g) in 10-12 fl. oz. of cold water or milk.
