Directions:
Greens Formula - For the Initial (First) Serving, start by taking 1/2 scoop mixed in 2-3 ounces of cold water to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor. After assessing tolerance, take 1-2 scoops with breakfast or spread throughout the day. Mix 1-2 scoops with 3-6 ounces of cold water. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day. It is normal for the powder to mix a dark brown/green color.

Fish Oil - For the Initial (First) Serving, start by taking 1 softgel to assess your tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor. After assessing tolerance, take 2 softgels once or twice per day with meals. Consume with at least 6 ounces of water. Take this product only for overall health. Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
