Chef Jay's High Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix 2.2lb
Mix up your high protein breakfast a bit with my Tri-O-Plex High Protein Pancake and Waffle Mix. It tastes amazing, is low in fat and high in protein. Add egg whites or your favorite protein powder for an added dose of protein. It mixes in minutes and will stay with you all morning long.
Directions: For the original pancake recipe, combine 2 scoops of water with 2 scoops of powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook approximately 300 to 350 degrees F for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side. Adjust accordingly for griddle variations. For a higher protein alternative pancake recipe, combine 1 scoop of water and 1 1/2 scoops of egg whites or egg beaters to 2 scoops of powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook approximately 300 to 350 degrees F for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side. Adjust accordingly for griddle variations. For the original waffle recipe, combine 1 1/2 scoops of water to 2 scoops of powder. Mix using a wire whisk. Cook in waffle maker for 3-4 minutes. For a higher protein alternate waffle recipe, combine 1/2 scoops of water and 1 1/2 scoops of egg whites or egg beaters to 2 scoops of powder. The higher protein recipe adds 40 calories and 10 extra grams of protein. Mix using a wire whisk. Cook in a waffle maker for 3-4 minutes.
