Celsius has no artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors, no sugar, no aspartame, no high fructose corn syrup, and is very low in sodium.

Celsius is carefully crafted to taste pure and simple, without harsh ingredients or syrupy sweeteners. Instead, we opted for clean, fruity, fresh-picked flavors that taste like the real stuff so you can get fit and stay fit without sacrificing taste.

Caffeine and authentic botanical extracts, such as guarana and green tea are typically bitter, but our proprietary pasteurization technique masks these harsh flavors, while maintaining their vital benefits, allowing us to stay away from the typical nasty artificial preservatives. We love ginger and hope you do too! Each Celsius is delicately balanced with a touch of soothing ginger plus all of the great health benefits.

Celsius contains no high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), no crystalline fructose and no aspartame, because studies have shown frequent consumption of these may lead to overweight or obesity. Actually, Celsius is sweetened with sucralose, a sweetener that tastes like sugar and is calorie free that is blended uniquely in the product for minimal aftertaste.

Directions: Studies show, for best results and to enhance the benefits of moderate exercise (such as improved endurance, reduced body fat and building lean muscle, resulting in positive changes to body composition), consume a can of Celsius once a day. On exercise days, consume your daily Celsius 15 minutes prior to exercise. The recommended consumption of Celsius is no more than 3 cans or stick packets per day. Celsius contains 200mg of caffeine, which is similar to drinking two 8 oz cups of coffee.
