Method #1- For general training and fitness: Take 5 Muscle Mass tablets with your pre exercise meal and 5 additional Muscle Mass tablets with your post exercise meal. Creates a favorable nitrogen and hormonal environment for growth and recovery.
Method #2- Best for pre-contest: lean muscle mass gains with concurrent fat loss: Take 15-20 Muscle Mass tablets (preferably on an empty stomach) first thing in the morning or prior to training. Two recent research studies have validated that the BCAAs found in Beverly International Muscle Mass increase the rate of fat loss during dieting and preserve lean muscle mass.
Method #3- Good for increasing lean muscle mass: Take 3-5 Muscle Mass tablets every 10-15 minutes throughout your training session. You should consume a total of 1 Muscle Mass tablet during your training session for every 6-10 pounds of bodyweight. For example: if you weigh 180 you should consume 18-30 tablets during your session. (This method yields 0.2-0.35 grams BCAAs per kilogram of bodyweight).
