Directions: As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops in approximately 16-24 ounces of water and shake well. If powder does not readily dissolve, allow to sit for a few minutes and shake again. On workout Days, consume the following amount before and/or during workout. 1-3 scoops per chart. Consume another serving one additional time per day for a total of 2-4 scoops, depending on bodyweight. For those less than 160lbs, use 1 scoop. Between 160-180lbs, use 2 scoops, and for over 180lbs, use 3 scoops. On Non-workout Days, consume the amount (as stated above) in the AM and another in the PM with or without food.
