Caffeine is a stimulant found in nature, in many different products. It has been said that about 90% of Americans use caffeine or caffeine based products daily. As mentioned, Caffeine is a stimulant, but more specifically a central nervous system stimulant. Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day. To assess tolerance, start off with 1 capsule per day. Do not consume more than 3 capsules per day.
