The body tracker software allows youto easily keep track of your measurements and progress. Quickly & easily calculate body fat percentage and lean body mass using skin-fold/caliper measurements. Body Tracker also works with body tape measurements, using the standard Naval Health Research Center method, and includes video and images displaying correct caliper and tape measurements. You can upload photos to document & view your progress, track and chart your fitness progress over time. The software instructions are included on the CD under “Help.”
